Privacy Policy
This policy was drafted to reasonably reflect how AppStoreReady actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need this for compliance purposes, have it reviewed before relying on it. Last updated July 6, 2026.

AppStoreReady ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page describes what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account info. Your email address, via Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google sign-in). We never see or store your password.
- App data you create. App names, bundle IDs, platform, and any logo you upload for an app you manage.
- Assets you save. When you use a generator tool and choose to save the result, the generated file is stored in your account.
- Billing info. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription so we can manage your plan.
- Contact form submissions. The name, email, and message you provide when you contact us.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general traffic patterns). This does not include the content of anything you generate.
About your source images
The image you upload to a generator tool (an icon, a screenshot, a logo) is processed entirely in your browser. It is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly click save or export, at which point only the generated result is uploaded, not your original file.
How we use this information
To operate the service, manage your account and subscription, respond to your questions, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small set of service providers to run AppStoreReady: Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, file storage, hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Data retention and deletion
You can request account deletion any time from your account page. That flags your account for deletion and we follow up by email rather than deleting anything instantly, since some requests need a quick manual check first (for example, an active subscription). Contact form submissions are kept until your inquiry is resolved.
Your choices
You can access or correct your account info from your account page, cancel a subscription any time via Manage Billing, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technology to distinguish visitors. We don't use cookies for advertising.
Children's privacy
AppStoreReady is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
