Why this exists

Both stores require a publicly hosted privacy policy, and both make you re-answer overlapping privacy questions in different words. This writes the policy for you from plain inputs and translates the same answers into each store's own questionnaire, so you fill them out once and paste them in without second-guessing the wording.

Is the generated privacy policy actually usable for the stores?

Yes. It produces a complete, plain-language privacy policy covering data collection, third-party services, advertising, children's privacy, retention and deletion, your rights (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), and contact details. The text is rule-based and deterministic, not AI-written, so every sentence is stable and reviewable. It is a strong starting point, but it is not legal advice, so review it for your specific app.

Where do I host the policy? Both stores need a public URL.

Download it as a standalone HTML page and host it anywhere you like: your own site, GitHub Pages, or any static host. Paste that URL into App Store Connect and Play Console. You can also copy it as Markdown or plain text to drop into an existing site.

What is the submission cheat sheet?

Neither store has a submission API, so their questionnaires are filled by hand. The cheat sheet turns your answers into the exact responses each store asks for: Google Play's Data Safety form and content rating, and Apple's App Privacy nutrition label and age-rating questionnaire, with a copy button on each answer.

Do you store what I enter?

The policy runs entirely in your browser. Reviewer demo credentials and the other cheat-sheet inputs never leave your device. If you are signed in, you can optionally save the generated policy document to your app, but nothing is sent anywhere just by using the tool.

Does the cheat sheet guarantee my rating or approval?

No. It maps your inputs to each store's taxonomy and computes a suggested age-rating floor, but you should confirm the exact frequency answers in the live questionnaire. It saves time and prevents mismatches; it does not submit for you.
