What's included in the free plan vs. paid plans?
Free gets you the Icon Maker, Splash Screen Generator, Palette Extractor, Metadata Helper, Privacy Policy Generator, and the Feature Graphic Maker, no card required, for one app. Starter and Pro add the Screenshot Framer and Banner Maker, and Pro adds the Promo Video generator. Starter manages one app; Pro manages up to five.
What file formats are supported?
You can upload PNG or JPG source images. AppStoreReady exports the correct format for each asset automatically: PNG for icons and splash screens, JPG or PNG for screenshots and store graphics depending on what each platform requires.
What sizes are generated?
Every size Apple's App Store Connect and Google Play Console currently require, generated from a single source image, no manual resizing or guessing dimensions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account page, click Manage Billing. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method yourself, no email required. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to what you already paid for.
What's the refund policy?
If a paid plan doesn't work out, contact us within 14 days of your most recent charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
How many apps can I manage?
Free and Starter are built around a single app at a time. Pro adds room for up to five, so you can switch between projects without losing your generated assets.
Do I need design skills to use this?
No. Upload a source image and AppStoreReady handles the layout, sizing, and export for each asset type.
Can I use the generated assets commercially?
Yes. Everything you generate is yours to use in your own app store listings, ads, and marketing without restriction.
Do you store my uploaded source images?
Rendering happens in your browser. When you download or save an asset, a copy is stored to your account so you can find it again; source images are not kept beyond producing your asset.
