Terms of Service
These terms were drafted to reasonably reflect how AppStoreReady actually works, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need this for compliance purposes, have it reviewed before relying on it. Last updated July 6, 2026.
These terms govern your use of AppStoreReady, a product of Fusion Fab Apps. By using AppStoreReady, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
AppStoreReady provides tools for generating app store assets: icons, splash screens, color palettes, screenshots, feature graphics, and social banners. Free accounts get the free tools; Starter and Pro unlock the rest through a paid subscription.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Let us know if you think your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and billing
Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page's Manage Billing button; canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for. If a paid plan doesn't work out, contact us within 14 days of your most recent charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
Your content
You retain ownership of the images you upload and the assets you generate. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for how you use what you generate.
Acceptable use
Don't use AppStoreReady to generate assets that infringe someone else's rights, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind while in early access. We'll do our best to keep things running and your data intact, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AppStoreReady and Fusion Fab Apps aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using AppStoreReady and cancel your subscription any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the current terms.
